1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing kiso.academy or using the Kiso application, you agree to be bound by these terms. The provider is SAMURAI JIU-JITSU INC, a Wyoming Corporation.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including software architecture and branding, is the exclusive property of SAMURAI JIU-JITSU INC. Unauthorized distribution or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

Jiu-Jitsu involves physical activity. SAMURAI JIU-JITSU INC is not responsible for injuries sustained during training while using our tracking or instructional software. Users accept all risks associated with software usage.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
